getJob.online is a freely available system used to:

(1) support recruitment

(2) supporting candidates in their job search.


The primary purpose is to process and share resumes and job postings.


The getJob.online system helps connect employers with new hires and helps fill open positions.


Users store career data in the system for controlled sharing. Primary users are candidates and employers. All users use the system according to their needs and preferences.


The getJob.online system allows sharing data on work experience, career, performance, evaluations, skills, substitutability, education and training, job goals, preferences, and much more.


getJob.online is a free system for every company and candidate.

It is free to try and free to use in the long term.



System getJob.online and the operator offers this tool to use, but does not encourage anyone to use or loading personal data. It is a matter of personal interest, purpose, strategy, goals and personal responsibility of each user what information is inserted into the system. The system operator is not the author of the data contained in the system and is not responsible for their veracity. The scope of the data and its veracity are the responsibility of the user.

User:

A person, employee, candidate (user) is encouraged to behave prudently in general and at all times with regard to his/her personal interest. He/she should give only such information as he/she wishes to give. And if he wishes to state them, to state them truthfully.


Employer:

The company (employer) is urged to behave prudently in general and at all times with regard to its corporate interest. The employer should inform its employees in this context. To provide only such data or encourage its employees to provide only such data as it needs to record. And, if it does want to record them, to do so truthfully.

He is encouraged, as part of his data security, to set appropriate permissions in his organisational structure. And to maintain these permissions and data with due care.


In general:

Users must register for the system using the registration form.

For the security of the users, the system works with registration emails to which it sends some important information necessary for the responsible functioning of the system.

Each user's account can be cancelled at their request by sending a request to the system operator.

It is forbidden for a user to impersonate another user or a person other than who they are when using the system.

All data entered into the system shall be deemed to be for publication unless otherwise specified by the user or the employer.



The getJob.online system and its operator offer this tool for free use. It also does not encourage anyone to use or enter personal data. It is a matter of personal interest, purpose, strategy, goal and responsibility of each user what information he/she puts into the system. The operator of the system is not the author of the data contained in the system and is not responsible for its veracity. The scope of the data and its veracity are the responsibility of the user.

Introduction

The operator of the getJob.online system is the company EEI-ICS s.r.o., with its registered office at Pardubice, Sukova 1556, Postal Code: 53002, Czech rep., ID No.: 27547671, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Hradec Králové, File No.: 25403 C.

These terms and conditions regulate the rights and obligations of the operator of the getJob.online system and users of the services provided by the operator.


Service

Service means the services implemented through the getJob.online system, The system distinguishes between services for Employers and Employees. It allows to process in particular the personnel agenda and job profiles.

Users share their professional identity, communicate in their network, exchange knowledge and professional information, publish relevant content, learn and develop their skills, and search for business and career opportunities. 

Our mission is to connect professionals and empower them to be more productive and successful. Our services are designed to promote economic opportunities by allowing users to connect, exchange ideas, learn, find opportunities or employees, work and make decisions through a database of relationships.

The Operator generally makes the Services available without charge; some extensions to these systems or the Services may be provided for a fee.


User Account

The System Service may be used by properly registered users.

In order to use the getJob.online Services, the User is required to create a user account. The user account consists mainly of the user name and password chosen by the User.


Personal data

A certain amount of data is mandatory here, that is, only the data used for the basic identification of the person (first name, last name, e-mail, or telephone), the other data is provided by the candidates in their CVs and profiles, without us explicitly requesting certain data. It is not possible to exhaustively list the personal data we process, as there is no uniform CV template and each job seeker may voluntarily provide completely different data.

As a general rule, the following data is processed: name and surname, title, date of birth, photograph, e-mail, telephone, area of work, experience, education, citizenship, language skills, courses, training and certificates taken, knowledge and skills, personal interests.

We never request personal data that is not necessary for the purpose (e.g. birth number, ID or other card number, copies of documents, etc.).


Privacy Policy 

By registering, the user of the services provides consent to the processing of personal data. We keep personal data private and secure and allow you to have full control over it.

The operator of the getJob.online system takes all technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of personal data in the manner specified in the GDPR and relevant legislation to exclude the possibility of unauthorized or accidental access to personal data, their alteration, destruction or loss, unauthorized transfers, other unauthorized processing, as well as other misuse of personal data.  

Personal data is under constant control, both electronically and physically. We have security and control mechanisms in place to ensure data protection. We have set up a user access control, rights and role management system to ensure that data is protected from unauthorised access. All persons who come into contact with the personal data of service users in the course of their work or contractual duties are bound by a legal or contractual duty of confidentiality.

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR or General Data Protection Regulation) is a comprehensive European data protection law that gives individuals greater rights over their data and increases organisations' compliance responsibilities. Essentially, the GDPR gives EU citizens greater control over their personal data and gives national regulators the executive power to impose significant fines on organizations that violate the law.

Operator is taking a global approach to the GDPR to ensure that all of its members benefit from greater control and transparency, which is consistent with our commitment to putting members first and working every day to maintain the trust they place in us.

You have the following rights under the GDPR: To access your personal data. Correct errors in your personal data. Delete your personal data. Object to the processing of your personal data. Export your personal data.

In the case of processing based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw or refuse your consent at any time, and in the case of processing based on legitimate interest, you have the right to object. If you have any questions about the legal authorisations under which we collect and use your personal data, please contact our Data Protection Officer.


Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The data of the system is primarily considered to be for publication.

Responsibility for the data in the system rests with the user who entered it.

The operator does not verify the correctness of the data entered by the user.

The operator shall not be liable for any damage that may arise from user activity, in particular through registration, use of the system, data entry or otherwise.

The operator reserves the right to monitor the user's activity when using the system in terms of system security. The System Operator shall be entitled to suspend or terminate the operation of any system or any part thereof at any time and without prior notice, as well as to discontinue the provision of any Services or any part thereof.

The Operator is entitled to control the content of the information presented by the User. The Operator shall be entitled to notify the User of any inconsistency of the User's actions with the Terms of Use and to demand immediate remedy, or to immediately block or delete such information from the systems, even without the User's consent.

The User has no ownership rights to the Profile. If a User cancels their Account, or their Account is terminated by the Operator pursuant to the Terms of Use, all information about the User (including biographies or other stored documents), including the Profile, will be marked as deleted, may be deleted from the Systems, and will be removed from any public portion of the Systems. The information may continue to be available for a period of time due to delays in deletion by the Operator. The Operator shall be entitled to retain stored copies of User information if the Account has been terminated by the Operator due to a breach of the Terms of Use. The Operator is further entitled to retain stored copies of information about all Users in anonymised form. The provisions of the Privacy Policy are not affected.


Account deletion

The Operator shall have the right to delete User accounts that do not comply with the rules of the getJob.online system, are false, publicly disparaging or contrary to good etiquette, even without prior notice and without compensation.

The Operator may delete or block access if a user has attempted to log into another user's account without that user's knowledge or if a user has attempted to disrupt the stability and operation of the Service, even without prior notice and without compensation.

The system operator reserves the right to block or delete any data, message, information or link containing only data that is inaccurate, nonsensical or unrealistic (e.g. if it is not related to the job search, contains fictitious data, political or other opinions, vulgarities, etc.). The Operator is not obliged to inform the User of the decision to block or delete any data, communication, information or link, as well as the implementation of such a decision.


General Terms and Conditions

The Operator may change or supplement the wording of the Terms and Conditions.

When registering on the Website and ordering services, the Buyer is obliged to provide all the information correctly and truthfully, and to update it if necessary.

Access to the user account is secured by a username and password. The user is obliged to maintain confidentiality regarding the information necessary for third parties to access his user account.

The User acknowledges that the user account may not be available continuously, especially with regard to the necessary maintenance of the Operator's hardware and software equipment.

All presentation of services placed in the system is of an informative nature and the User is not obliged to enter into a purchase contract regarding these services.

The prices of the services are inclusive of value added tax and all related charges and remain valid for the period of time they are displayed by the system.

The user agrees to the use of remote means of communication in concluding the purchase contract.

OPERATOR MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE SERVICES, INCLUDING THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, AND PROVIDES THE SERVICES (INCLUDING CONTENT AND INFORMATION) "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". OPERATOR DISCLAIMS, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED OR STATUTORY WARRANTY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF TITLE, DATA ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT POSSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW (AND UNLESS OPERATOR HAS ENTERED INTO A SEPARATE WRITTEN AGREEMENT THAT SUPERSEDES THIS AGREEMENT), OPERATOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT FOR LOST PROFITS OR LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, DAMAGED REPUTATION (E.G., OFFENSIVE OR DEFAMATORY STATEMENTS), LOSS OF DATA (E.G. INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR INFORMATION OR CONTENT), OR ANY OTHER INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.


Payment and Delivery Terms

Only the Services are subject to any payment and delivery terms. The System does not offer or sell any goods.

In the case of non-cash payment, the User is obliged to pay the purchase price of the Services together with the variable symbol of the payment. In the case of non-cash payment, the User's obligation to pay the purchase price is fulfilled when the relevant amount is credited to the Operator's account.

The Operator is entitled to require payment of the purchase price before delivery of the service to the User.

For the Services provided, the User shall pay to the Operator the price according to the price list of Services valid on the date of delivery of the order.

The price is payable on the basis of a tax document (invoice). The Operator shall issue an invoice within fifteen days from the date of conclusion of the Order. The invoice is due on the fourteenth day from the date of issue, unless otherwise agreed.

When the Service is provided, the taxable supply is deemed to have taken place on the date of its provision or on the date of issue of the tax invoice. 

The User shall not be entitled to a refund of the price paid or a discount on the price in the event of non-use of the ordered Services or for reasons not exclusively on the Provider's side.

The Provider reserves the right to suspend the provision of the Services if the User fails to pay the deposit in the required amount.

The User agrees to issue a tax document (invoice) in electronic form.


Complaints policy

The Provider accepts complaints primarily at the contact email address of the system. In case of non-functioning of the email address at the Operator's registered office. The authorized employee will decide on the complaint immediately, in complex cases within three working days. This time limit does not include the time reasonable according to the type of Service required for a professional assessment of the defect. The complaint, including the removal of the defect, must be settled without undue delay, at the latest within thirty days from the date of the complaint, unless a longer period is agreed. 

The service will be made available to the User depending on the functioning of the system. During a system outage or downtime, the Service may be temporarily unavailable to the User without compensation.

The Operator shall be liable to the User that at the time the User has taken over the Service it has the characteristics agreed between the parties and complies with the requirements of the legislation.

By guaranteeing the quality, the Operator undertakes that the service is fit for its usual purpose and retains its usual characteristics.


Final provisions

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the User grants the Operator consent to receive informational emails regarding the operation of the getJob.online system.

The Operator reserves the right to unilaterally modify these terms and conditions to a reasonable extent.

The Operator shall not be liable for damages resulting from force majeure or technical equipment failures. "Force majeure" means a temporary or permanent extraordinary, unforeseeable and insurmountable obstacle arising independently of the Operator's will. The Operator makes no warranties to Users in relation to the features of the Systems and Services, unless otherwise expressly stated in other terms and conditions.

In providing the Services, the posting of supply and demand for employment opportunities may occur, and Users may be allowed to make direct contact with the other party. In providing the Services, no direct intermediary activity is carried out between the Employers and individuals seeking employment; the Service Provider is not an employment intermediary within the meaning of Section 14 et seq. of Act No. 435/2004 Coll., on Employment, as amended.


These terms and conditions come into force and effect on 9.12.2021.
